Guest Preacher: Rev. Dr. George Scott

This Sunday we welcome our guest preacher The Rev. Dr. George Scott.

Rev. George Scott, originally from Detroit, Michigan, came to Hawaiʻi in 1989 serving as a chaplain at Queen's Medical Center under the Interfaith Ministries of Hawaiʻi's Chaplain Residency Program and was ordained as a United Church of Christ Minister serving Central Union Church for 25 years in Youth Ministry with his wife Bridget. He is currently an Academy Chaplain, Counselor, and Varsity Football Coach with Punahou School.

Saturday’s session will be held at Church of the Crossroads. Come enjoy a meal served from 5-5:45PM, then explore informational booths featuring environmental and community organizations.

Panel discussion begins at 6PM with Dr. Kamana Beamer, Kapua Sproat, JD, and Wayne Tanaka. Carpooling is recommended; attendees are encouraged to bring own cups/utensils as part of our sustainability efforts.
