“Daze of Justice” Documentary Film Screening
This documentary follows research done by Dr. Leakhena Nou, medical sociologist and professor of sociology at California State University, Long Beach, and tells “the intimate story of trailblazing Cambodian American women who break decades of silence, abandoning the security of their American homes on a journey back to resurrect the memory of their loved ones before the UN Special Tribunal prosecuting the Khmer Rouge.”
Screening will be held in Weaver Hall — All are welcome! This film is sponsored by the UH Center for Southeast Asian Studies and Crossroads’ Peace Justice Stewardship of Creation mission team.
